Mitsuhiro Yasuda is of counsel to Marunouchi International Law Office. He has an extensive finance practice, particularly in the areas of capital markets, structured finance and financial regulations. In the capital markets practice area, he has been one of leading lawyers in Japan for a long time, and he has impeccable experiences to provide domestic and overseas issuers and securities firms and other financial institutions with the legal advices on a wide range of issuance of securities and other fund raising transactions since the early stage of internationalization of the Japanese capital markets. Further, he has also given the legal advice to various parties involved in the securitization and other structured finance transactions such as originators, arrangers and investors from the outset of this area emerging in Japan.
